Frankfurter Musik Messe - 2008

This year I visited the Messe together with my sons Mark and Erik.
We had two great days with lots of fun and interesting moments.

The Visit to the Thein booth was very nice, testing different Flamenco guitars was fun but the HIGHLIGHT was the meeting with a living Legend at the Carrillo booth, Maestro Ramon de Algeciras.

This is the highlight of my Guitar carreer.
On the right side you see the maker of my beautiful Flamenco Guitar model Paco de Lucia, Mr. Vicente Carrillo.
But on the left you see Paco's brother Ramon de Algeciras who played for many years together with his brother and worked also wth another hero for me "el Camaron de la Isla".

Testing guitarra's together with my son Erik who plays the Flamenco guitar very well.

Visit to the THEIN booth.
A suprise for Max and Olav. I did not tell them I was coming. Many people visited the Thein's.
I met Hans Ruckert from the Frankfurter HR Symphony, Yves Bauer, bass trombone soloist at the Lille National Orchestra and his trombone Quartet.
My son is playing on the smallest memeber of the Thein trombone family.

Playing my own models at the Thein booth. Always nice and many people stoped to listen.
Next year we will plan a little recital at the stand.
I also met Mr. Kunio Yoshida from Nero in Tokyo, Japan.
