Codarts Trombone ensemble concert

On Monday April 12 we played a lunch-concert at the Rotterdam City Hall in the so called "Burgerzaal".
The old City Hall of Rotterdam is one of the only buildings in old Rotterdam that survived the second World War.

The "Burgerzaal" is a very nice decorated hall with a nice acoustic for trombone ensemble.

The concert was very well received by an almost sold out house.

We made up a very diverse program:

Achieved is the Glorious Work – Joseph Haydn

Trombone quartet

2 Bruckner motets

Trombone quartet

Mein Lieb will mit mir kriegen – Hassler

double trombone quartet

Meditation – Massenet

Tenortrb solo met Piano (Zenas Kim solo )

Concertino – Ewazen 8 trombones + bass trombone solo

bass trombone solo: Konstantin

Great Lakes Octet – Ewazen

8 tormbone played by the complet group

The complet trombone class with Geert Bierling and Ben van Dijk

The students are:

Suzanne Baai, Daniel Quilles Cascant, Ruud van Cruchten, Jeffrey Kant, Sebastiaan Kemner,   Zenas Kim, George Krimpiris, Marijn Migchielsen, Jurgen van Oostenbrugge, Lennart de Winter

Ricardo Afonso, Astri Karoline Ellann, Jesse van der Ham, Pablo Ruiz Henao, Konstantin Koev, Reinaldo Donoso Pizarro

Zenas Kim and Geert Bierling play a very nice version of
Massenets "Meditation".

Dani, Ruud and Jesse

George, Dani and Zenas

Astri and Constantin who played a impressive version of
Ewazens "Concertino"

Jurgen, Coco and Dani having fun before the concert.

Suzanne, Lennart and Ricardo

Konstantin on the right, playing Ewazens "Concertino"
